Question about Medion md40298 Notebook
I had the same problem so I rang Medion & they told me go to the Medion website and download "Launch Manager" from your driver page. It's a program that turns on all of the Fn keys. Thus making the wireless (Fn+F1) work as well as the brightness (Fn+F8 or F9).
This is the only way to get it to work

Also having a similar problem. ALL my fn keys stopped working, I re-installed Launch Manager and it fixed all the fn keys but the one to turn on the wireless (fn + f1). I re-installed the wireless card driver as well, just in case.
Is there another way to turn the wireless on, apart from using the fn key?
Any suggestions or ideas welcome!

Look for a button with a pic of an airplane on it - that turns the wireless on and off for "flight safe" mode
