Yes mostly this is the case that your system board is faulty. You should get your motherboard serviced. If it is still under warranty you may get it replaced.

i am getting you this manual cause you can check what i am about to tell you here. make sure the jumper plugs are on the correct pins and that the BIOS settings match the configuration you have and especially make sure the power,reset,led,led2,powersw,speaker,sys pins that come from the power button and so on are over the correct pins on the motherboard!

see page 8 number 15 for location. Than see page 19, System Panel Header in your manual.
The basic wire color's for positive are red, blue, green & can also be light blue, light green, light red.
Negative wires are usually white or black. Case wire colors do vary from case to case.
To see pin one shown on page 19, (positive + for hard drive led = HDLED+). Bottom row farthest pin to the left of set. Pin two is above pin one. Pin two is, PLED+ (known as power led). Pin 3 is to the right of pin one & is HDLED- (Hard drive led, negative). Pin 4 is above pin 3 & is also PLED-, (Negative for power led). ECT!
If your new case has an internal speaker (Used for P.O.S.T, power on self test). This would connect to, Chassis Speaker Header located on page 8, number 16. Again, normally only two wires are used across the 4-pin connector. (One at each end of the connector).

the problem merely on the hard disk.the hard disk is not stable there must be bad sector on it that after the installed program reach the bad sector the problem occurs .It's going to crash replace your hard disk or the to run scandisk on other computer and scan your hard disk....click tthe automatic fix bad sectors ...thank you and good luck!

Download and install RegInOut System Utilities program. Run all its tools one by one except Internet Optimizer. This will allow you to clean junk from your computer folders and repair registry errors. Restart your PC and problem will be vanished.

Power button board 496830-001
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on,
and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
4. Remove the battery (see "Battery" on page 4-7).
5. Disconnect the wireless antenna cables from the WLAN module (see "WLAN module" on page 4-15).
6. Remove the keyboard (see "Keyboard" on page 4-17).
7. Remove the keyboard cover (see "Keyboard cover" on page 4-20).
Remove the power button board:
1. Remove the two Phillips PM2.0x4.0 screws 1 that secure the power button board to the keyboard cover.
2. Remove the power button board 2.

As the fan is not moving,computer is running hot so it is shutting down.Need to check the fan cable, reset the cable,if it works it is fine,other wise need to replace the fan.
