Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Hi. I'm trying to install Picture Motion Browser 2.1.00 from an exe file downloaded from Sony. It starts to install, but then comes up with the message "Please quit all programs related to Sony Picture Utility and start the setup again." I turned off my Norton 360, but still get the same message. Any ideas on how to fix?

There is another Sony program opened in the background - either open Task Manager, identify and close it, or boot in Safe Mode and install it there.
