Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
Thanks for that it was a massive help as I need that site for work .. it WAS the 'ActiveX' tickboxes that did it.... can I ask you, everytime you visit a site now - a little pop up 'prompt' box comes up on screen asking "Do you want activex controls ...... " etc etc .... I think when I went in I must have clicked seomthing that I shouldnt have checked to prompt me for every screen I go to know lol? Can you tell me what I need to do to stop that little 'prompt' box to stop appearing...
Go back into your Internet Options and Security Tab...
Press the Custom Level button, and then scroll down to your ActiveX controls... look there for the ones set to prompt ... and either Enable them or disable them..... (be careful if Enabling them as some viruses are able to creep in that way..)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
