In eh top of this coffee maker is a dual function handIe found the not only assists taking out the part that holds the coffee strainer but also folds down and locks the assembly so the cover can fully close against the spring loaded spout.
I broke that dual function handle part and can't find a parts list explosion nor a place to buy it.
My coffee maker is two months old, I purchased it at STARBUCKS.
