I am having a similar problem as well. My Dash connects on and off with the network; I tryed a master reset (deleting all my information) and a complete reinstall of the OS but it still is acting up. It sometimes shows all my contacts, and other times it only shows some; this seems to be triggered when I try and send text messages. Does anyone have a solution? Please let me know

In the icon menu look for the "turn wireless" button it looks it has 3 prongs goin outward and one verlical prong when u highlight it should say " turn wireless on" you click it n it will say "turning wireless on" then when u re-visit the icon agen it should say " turn wireless off".
I have the same problem and I know it is an ATT thing, ive noticed that if i turn the phone on then off again i get a more accurate reception for where I am at so try that next time you get that awful "no service statement"
Check the files on the Palm. If you see these two files (or either of them) AppSlipRotate.prc and StatusBarLib.prc delete the files and do another Hotsync.
Another possibility - hold down the up button for a couple seconds. At least some TXs have the ability to make the status bar disappear as well as the keyboard/Graffiti section. Holding the down button will make the status bar disappear; holding the up button will bring it back.
A whiz at my local T-Mobile store by the name of Noura took a look at my batter and noticed right away that something wasn't right... It is a little warped/bubbled up on the flat surfaces. You can tell if you lay the battery flat on a table and it wobbles when you touch it - like an unbalanced table or chair does when it is unbalanced. She said this is a sign that the battery has reached its maximum life and occurs when it has been over-charged.
