When you hover over the playing video, it will display a control bar. To the immediate left of the speaker icon is another icon that will bring the video to full-screen mode. Just click on that and you should be good to go.
On you tube there is a botton to enlarge screen. If it isn't working for you, you can also download an online video enlarger software at: www.coredownload.com/start-download_63624-Reshade-Image-Enlarger.html
First try uninstalling the r300 driver from the device manager, then reboot. The machine will find and reinstall the driver automatically. Then adjust the hardware acceleration to the highest setting. If these don't work, then go to filehippo.com or download.com and download a couple of video playing software programs. On second thought, go ahead and down load the video software, it won't hurt anything, all it will do is help. Look under the video section at these sites, and download the video players for the internet. This software aids in watching internet based video.
