Trouble getting the player to take a charge

Hello,
I read your help for the turn on. We got ours to work for a while, but now they won't even charge. They both show low flashing, and when I plug them into the computer, they aren't detected by the computer.

Make sure that hold switch hasn't been flipped again. Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard

The cd player goes into a "skipping" "playing really fast" mode occasionally. Esp. 3rd track, 1st cd. Always has.

It's having trouble reading the CDs. The thing that reads it could be dirty. But try a different cd. The CD player is getting old and if there is even a small scratch it will be hard to read it. A new CD player would be the way to go

Hello i have a mp4 media player, my problem is that no turn on the batery is ok when i put the select in ON the media player no turn on i try to connect in to the pc but no conected to can you help me

Good morning, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this. Thank you for choosing FixYa to solve your problem. Your problem is that your MP4 player will not come on, even when you connect it to your PC? Well, you should try recharging your battery. There are two ways you can charge this device using your USB cable. The first way is by connecting the USB cable to your PC. Charging will take 8 hours by this method. The second way is connecting the USB cable to the wall charger that was supplied with your media player. If you had a problem connecting to your PC, you should try charging via the wall charger. Charging is much faster this way than using a computer. If charging doesn't turn your device back on, your battery may be defective. If that's the case, you'll need to get the battery or your media player replaced. Hope it's just a recharge that's needed. Thank you for choosing FixYa as your one-stop solution spot for your problems. Have a good day, afternoon, evening or night; whatever time of day you are viewing this. Come back and visit our site again whenever you need assistance!

My v-touch media player won't charge.

I know one of the things that is unusual about their players is that you have to have the "ON" switch turned on when you charge then or they won;t charge. Is it possible that your player is the same.
Visual Land is a california company and has a website at www.visual-land.com
but last i tried i could get the website up.
Try turning the switch to the on position and it will charge
