There is ice on the freezer fan motor. If it is not ruined, simply turning the fridge off for a day and leaving the doors open might clear out the blockage and the fan may start working again. If not, then you need a new fan assy. If you are not really handy on repairing these kinds of things, prepare to spend a few hundred to have it fixed by a qualified repairman. When you shut the fridge off, make sure you put your food in another fridge or cooler with some ice in it... just sayin's all.
Simpely re-locate you fridge or freezer to aplace where it is cooler pref non heated and not closed in i.e. celler, out house e.t.c. may be a little incoveniant but will supprise you just how much you can turn the thermostat douwn and how much less it costs to run over the year!!!
Can't be specific without seeing it. All alarms I have ever seen have adjustable set points and differentials. It looks like a commercial box? Look the controls over real well and you should find it. You may need to remove a cover for access.
The fans are radiator cooling fans. They are temperature controled so when you first start your engine in the morning they should not run - UNLESS you start it with your AC on. If you turn your AC on one of them should start operating and the other one will kick on when your engine starts getting hot.
The fan on the motherboard will only be controllable if the motherbvoard has this feature. My suggestion would be to get a new fan...www.tigerdirect.com has a nice selection at very reasonable prices...make sure the fan is made for your particular type of processor
I am not sure if you have gotten this issue corrected, or not, but the first thing I would try to do is to reset the heater computer system. This sometimes corrects and EO4 error code.
What you will do is open the right hand side door and find the POWER toggle switch, turn that off. Then find the CIRCUIT BREAKER for the heater and turn that off as well, then wait about 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting, you will turn the CIRCUIT BREAKER on first, then the heater. Try and start the heater up.
If the EO4 code comes back, there may be an issue with the heater. If the code does not come back and the heater starts, then the error code was what I call a "computer hic-cup".
