Gaggia platinum stays in warming mode

Mine had the same problem, try resetting the two thermal cut-outs on the boiler. They are little dark grey switches that look like jumpers nested between the 4 cables going into the boiler. If they pop back when you press them, you have it.

Hello, are you turning to the selection knob back to its central position? once you do this the and the unit warms up the triangle should disappear

The icons displayed blink slowly to

show that the machine is warming

up.

When warm-up is complete,

the machine performs a rinse

cycle of the internal circuits.

During this phase, the icons displayed
will blink in sequence.

• When the operations described above

are completed, the icons on the display

will illuminate.

The display will appear as

shown to the side. The displayed

aroma is the factory setting

when the machine is switch on for

the fi rst time, or it is the same as the

aroma that was selected for the last

brewed coff ee.

The machine is then ready to brew
beverages if you have any further questions or the triangle does not go away please message me back for further diagnosis Thank you
Rick

Takes forever to warm up

Hi,

Have you decalcifyd the machine?

If there is calcium in the boiler then it takes long time to warm up and if you much calcium in it then it never be warm.

I think you have to replace the boiler on that machine:-(

Warming tray too hot

You can either replace the warming element with a new one, or some people put 3 or 4 pennies on the top of the warmer tray. Don't laugh- this really does work!
