Question about Nokia N72 Cellular Phone
Hi! I am Dhawal, I bought my N72 in december 2007. I was looking into the data files of my mobile and did not delet any file yet now when I open Gallery I get a warning that the data is corrupt and some data might be lost, also my Music Player is not functioning properly as it does not detect any songs that were there or newly added. I request you to please help me through this. I also want to know if we can format the mobile operating system that is the firmware like we do in our computer (formating to remove operating system).
Please send me the reply at firstname.lastname@example.org . Thanking You.
Try to upgrade the software from the Company Service Centre or from any reputed mechanic who is doing all this work.
Sometime, due to man-handling, the files may corrupt and the warrenty period of ur handset is still on. So it will be wise to contact Company Sevicing Centre .

The phone seems to show that the memory is full as there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
