Question about HP LaserJet Enterprise P3015d BW laser Printer

I have hp laserjet 2055d model - same 3015- it is one week product. I installed device and software normally and had test page correctly. but I tried to print 50 pages. the printer gave error on display 21.X Print failure Press [OK] If error repeats turn off then on The product cannot process the page. Press OK to continue printing the job, but output might be affected. If the error persists, turn the power off and then on. Resend the print job. i did what they had said but nothing change gave same warning. even i removed driver and re-installed have you ever experienced like this problem ? thank you

Check your printer driver. The printer is doing what the driver is telling it to do. Check the "printing preferences" button. Set it up to print "1 page per sheet".

I have an HP LaserJet 3015. I got a new computer


- uninstall everything again
- browse your disc
- open "Setup" folder
- copy "Scrubber.exe" and "scrubber.ini" to your desktop
- run "Scrubber.exe"
- restart PC
- reinstall software
- enjoy

I am not sure if I have the proper disk to reinstall my hp LaserJet 3015


From the manufacturer's web-site:

http://support.hp.com

and enter '3015' and select the device-driver appropriate for your Operating System.
Download it.
Install it.

Tried to load HP Laserjet 3015 s0ftware with printer plugged in. That failed. Now getting "finds new hardware" when I try to load the software even though nothing is plugged in. software is not asking me...


The thing is printer is automatically detected by the system and there was no proper driver was installed and it is in device manger installed as other device with yellow mark. Just uninstall it. And click on scan for hardware changes. To go to device manager right click on my computer and go to properties then hardware in that click on device manger and check there is any other device is listed if it is there just remove it and click for scan for hardware changes when he prompt for driver reinstall the driver cd.

Don’t connect the printer usb cable first
1st you install the driver disc which is come along with the printer and when the software prompt you to connect the cable then plug the usb cable and follow the instruction.

Try going into the Maintnence Center, should be in Options or Maintanence and running it.

Try this first:

Click start, then in search box type printer. A menu should come up that will permit you to troubleshoot your printer.

You did not indicate whether you were getting an error message or not.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer and if yes, do you have the same problem each time?

Did you attempt to install new drivers for your HP 3015? This may well be the problem.

If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.

And, remember, always include the type of Operating System and the type of computer you own, when you submit your questions. It simply makes for much faster solutions.

Hp 3015 not installing


Problems seem to occur when printer cable is plugged in before software is installed.

Delete driver and software installed, disconnect printer from PC.

Download and install correct driver to suit, connect usb when software prompts to do so

Make sure the driver you are installing is correct for you system
