Incanto-classic coffee beans do not flow to grinder

I bought a silver Saeco incanto classic coffee maker in April.  It makes great coffee but only if I manually stir the beans so they will fall into the unit.  Otherwise we get mostly water half of the time.
Is this normal?  Is there supposed to be a paddle or something that should do this?  Does it require a drier roast bean?   I use an italian roast which is quite oily on the outside.

The machine automatically stir the beans since the blade make vibration and doing that shake the bean all around.Make sure the the tank is half full so the weight will help on that.If the container is almost empty the bean will fly around and don`t get in the grinder.Back up the machine to the original factory grinding and try to adjust again the wheel

Beans don't seem to go into the machine upon use

The grinding burrs need cleaning if we consider that nothing have damage them.
First and simple advice is to use the vacum cleaner and try to s**k everything from the grinder and try again the machine. If the problem is insist then you need to resasemble the grinder and clean the hole grinder with the vacum and also with a wire brush.
Good luck

Water does not blend with coffee

Hi,

When you mount the grinder back, do you turn it so the red mark fit together?

Try to check the brewing unit, on the top off the brewing unit you will see a little pin. Take it out and make sure this is clean and put it back again.

Saeco Incanto Classic - Bean feed problem

Hi,

First, make sure you not get any damp into your grinder.
If you get damp into the grinder then it will not grind the beans.

To check the grinder you have to loosen the three screws in the beanhopper and lift it up.
The jagged plastic in the machine you will see when the beanhopper is off, turn it anticlockwise to you can see
the claque is free, then you can take out the jagged plastic and you will see the grinding wheel, make sure the wheel and the jagged plastic is clean.

Before you mount all again, use a vacuum cleaner to clean it.

Put back the jagged plastic again and turn it clockwise to it stop, then you turn it anti clockwise 14"click".
Set the number to 8 on the beanhopper and mount it again.

Hope this will help you.

Best regards
