Question about Mossberg Rock & Ice Climbing
The hook on the bolt is either out of position because the spring holding it has failed or the hook itself is damaged. Remove the bolt and fix it securely in a vice; press the fixing pin while securing the hook of the extractor in place - once the pin is out the hook should pop out. Fit in reverse the new parts. if you don't have the required experience you should better leave that to a gunsmith.
