Ji,

Try setting the boot in the bios to only hdd(on all options if it prompts you to add a secondary).

Also had a couple of problems that sound like they could be from the same root that were an issue with the memory or a bios clash with the video/graphics card.

Try and get into the bios setup before it starts to initiate windows - usually the "del" key but it should tell you on startup if you watch carefully - i use an almost identical motherboard with similar peripherals and have had no problem when it was all set up, but i remember setting up being a bit complicated, but not exactly how.

check this site - is avout problem entering windows - you know the symptoms better than me

hopefully this will help :)

Suddenly stopped working ,won't restart my PC?

First of all disconnect all peropheral connected to your motherboard. Take out Your RAM and clean it with soft clothe. Reinsert ram and restart your PC. If you can get display at this point then shut down your PC connect all peripheral back and restart your PC.

If not you will need to replace your ram.

I have msi k8mm-v desktop... which cannot display to windows but can display in safemode.....

Hi,
Sounds like an OS( operating system prob ), get into the bios set up and set the boot sequence to D:( dvd/cd rom ) first and save it upon exit.
Put the Win7 or any operating system that you use and let it run, read the instructions carefully.
Hope that helps!

My computer monitor just has a window open that says ( D-SUB out of range 53.6khz/85hz) how can I fix this ?

1. Turn off your computer (you can do this by holding down the power button).
2. Making sure the monitor cable is plugged into the computer, turn the computer back on.
3. If there is something other than the error message on screen, begin tapping the F8 key on the keyboard as soon as the computer turns on. 3b. If nothing (other than the error) is shown on the screen after restarting, you must obtain another monitor and follow these steps from the beginning on that screen.
4. After less than a minute, you should get a menu like this

5. Select "Safe Mode" 7. Once at the Windows desktop, right click on the background, and select properties.

8. Select the "Settings" tab, and move the resolution slider all the way to the left.

9. Restart normally, and once in regular Windows, repeat steps 7 and 8, selecting the resolution of your choice.
