Unfortunatly, your batteries need to be replaced.
The batteries contain a gel that needs to have current run through it on a regular basis (at least 8 hours once a week) or it will solidify. If you attach the charger, what will most likely happen is the green light will either stay green or go to green after a very short time. The charger will indicate the batteries are full, but instead of being full of pwer, they are full of crud. Your warranty will most likely not cover replacment as this is due to customer neglect, but your insurance may still cover the replacement if you can wait for the process to go through. Otherwise, you will need to replace the batteries on your own. There is enough power to turn on the lights and honk the horn, but not enough to get the motors to work. Make sure all of your connections are good and the fuses are intact and that your manual brake release or freewheel lever is in the drive position.
Good luck!

I also have the same problem, the scooter hasn't sat for very long the batteries are good , could it be possible the manual brake release or free wheel lever needs to be reset if it isn't fully engaging.

How old is the scooter? 2 Bleeps indicates low battery voltage, and such, require replacement. When you are in reverse, the current draw is a lot less than when going forward, just like not being sat on the scooter too. As soon as any real load is applied to the scooter, the power will drop down below 16v and will cause a controller trip (2 bleeps)
However, this could also be caused by bad battery connections, either inside the battery box, or where the contacts meet on the bottom of the pack - onto the chassis. Check for discoloured pins / connections.

Mobility scooter - Electrics work, but won't go

hi, they are a nice scooter so let's get it working ,
First check that the freewheel lever is disengaged, in drive mode.
Do you hear a click when pressing the lever to go forward or backwards?

What can happen is the brake located on the side of the motor can seize,,,
Please keep me updated

Work all days yesterday, this morning went out to van, got to work and it would not move, lights come on flash but will not move

The code 6 failure code is the toggle throttle [engager] isn't in the neutral position when power is applied to the scooter. If the engager doesn't return to the neutral position as soon as you turn the key on the scooter would start to move, that woul

Engager
1. Check connections on red, white and black wires at crimps and soldered joints. (Flash Code
7)
2. Use meter to check for:
- White & Red: 5k1 + 10%
- Red & Black: 2.5k1 (approx.)
- White & Black: 2.5k1 (approx.)
3. With meter between Red & Black, squeeze engager forward. Resistance should go from 2.5k
down to 01 smoothly.
4. With meter between White & Black, squeeze engager reverse. Resistance should go from
2.5k down to 0 1 smoothly.
5. Check voltages (with key on):
- Forward - Red- 4.5V + .1V
- Neutral - Black- 2.5V + 0.1V
- Reverse - White - .5V +.1V
If using a Test Harness - White & Red: 5k, Forward - Red & Brown: 2-5k, Reverse - White &
Brown: 2-5k.
1. Use Red & Brown squeeze engager slowly forward 25 down to 0 slowly.
2. Use White & Brown squeeze engager slowly reverse 25 down to 0 slowly. Make sure dial
speed is set to10.

No forward or reverse. lights and horn work micro switch on brake has continuity with brake off batteries charged and all connectors reseated. Motor spins forward and reverse when voltage appled...

Joe with a scooter there can be a number of things wrong to cause your problem Since the motor turns and you have power at the console. It could be the throttle pot or the speed pot or both or it could be the cable that runs from the console to the rear of the scooter and finally a problem with the controller. But that would also give some sort of error to the console light if it is equiped with a power light. If Medicare paid for your scooter then they will pay most of the cost of repair. Your provider can work on it for you or they can contact a repair service that will fix it for you Hope this helps

Sounds like your joystick is damaged. This chair probably has a PG Drives Technology joystick that serves as both the joystick control and acts as the power control module. If it has been damaged by say, running into a wall or doorway or table, this can be the cause, or if it has gotten moisture inside it, that will hurt it as well. Other possibilities are overloading the chair past its weight capacity or driving it over unstable terrain like sand, gravel, much etc.

Older sony explod amp worked fine in car took out sat 4 monthes put in truck will no turn on ground power and remote ok indicator light does not come on

Put any bit of wire from the remote to the power of the amp. Then put a bit of wire to the + of your car batt and a bit of wire to the + terminal on your amp.....then put a bit of wire from the - of your car batt to the _ of your amp'....... The light should come on as you have bridged it, this showing it still works.....if not then its new amp time!!

Sometimes helps with 2 people doing this as one can hold the amp near the car batt' or if its just you place the amp on the engine, somewhere safe!!
