From what I read on Wacom's site, they are NOT compatible.
The Bamboo use a stylus that is different than the nib pens that the Intuos use. The stylus for the Bamboo is more like the stylus you can purchase for smart phones. The Intuos pens are pressure sensitive and have different nibs you can use for different effects and feel. You can go to their website and look for compatible pens and stylus' for your specific tablet.
This usually means the pin pad has lost the injected programming. Ingenico may be able to repair it, but since they consider that the pin pad has reached it's end of life and been discontinued, they may not.
Hello, you can try one of the below steps:
1) Check if you have small on/off button for touch pad, it should be near the touch pad.
2) Remove the battery and put it back and try.
3) Try uninstall and reinstall the driver for pointing device.
If you are having communication problems with the port on the computer then this can solve it. make sure your pos system is not running or any other background services that monitor the port. Then go into your device manager and go to the properties page for that com port (COM2 for example), hit the device settings tab and change the data bits setting to 7 rather than 8, if this number is different than 8 which is default, just remember what it was in case you need to revert the setting. good luck
Check the power adapter, sometimes they get hot and they don't supply enough power to the pin pad. Also make sure that the power cable is not loose, twisted or broken, this can also contribute to the problem.
