Question about AT&T E5965C Cordless Phone
I had the same problem after dropping the handset. The little copper tabs on the microphone disk on the inside bent in just a little so as to not make contact. If you take the phone apart, you can bend the connection out with just your finger nail and the reassemble the phone. Be sure to take the batteries out before working on the phone.
