Hello support team! i got myself a verbatim store n go 500gb usb 2.0 model nr: 53002. my problem is that as soon as i plug it into my laptop and start copying files on it it takes ages and the system...

Have you tried reformatting the usb drive? If you have any files on it go ahead and transfer them to your desktop. Just create a new folder on your desktop by right clicking on the desktop screen(not a shortcut) go to new, then click on folder(you can name it if you want). now install your usb drive and the auto play screen should come up. Select the "open folder to view files" and your folder will open with your files, now just drag and drop them into the new folder you just created on your desktop. After you have saved all your files to the new folder go ahead and open the new folder on your desktop, just to make sure everything's there, if so time for the next step. Close your usb drive folder by clicking on the "x". Now click on Start(windows logo on bottom left hand), then "computer", then find your usb device name and right click on it. Go down and click on format, then when window appears select quick format, then on the "file system" select FAT32, then click start. Everything will be erased(but that's why we copied and pasted everything to your new folder on the desktop). Once completed open up the device and transfer all your files to it. Hope this helps.

Make sure you Select your phone model if you are connecting from the PC. My cf19 wont boot up after it goes to the blue panasonic screen it says "no operating system found" i dont know what to do.

Hi,

There are three main causes for this message to display after turning on the computer.

1. The Operating system (Windows XP, Vista, 7, Linux, Mac OS..) is corrupted or is missing. You might have accidentally deleted or formatted the C: drive or the operating system is just unreadable due to corrupted system files.

2. The harddrive is not detected by the computer.

3. The partition on the hard drive where the operating system is located is unreadable due to bad sectors.

Here are the steps that you can try.

- Go to the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) setup by pressing F2 or F10, depends on what make an model of the computer.
- Check if the hard drive is detected. The hard drive is usually labeled as Drive 0 and you can find it either on the main tab or system tab. Again this depends on the BIOS and make and model of the computer.
- If the hard drive is detected, install a fresh copy of the operating system.
- If the hard drive is NOT detected, check harddrive cable/connections. You need to unscrew the hard drive compartment and reinsert the hard drive or put in a new hard drive.

Hope this helps.

I install two anti virus in computer after that my computer not responding

Too bad.

Antivirus softwares have on-access-scanner mechanisms in order to check a file when somebody or somesoftware tried to access them via system level drivers.

If you installed 2 different antivirus softwares at the same time, one of them tried to check any file an access event occures and the other one tries to check same file against viruses and fires another file access event and then the other av softwaretries again and so forth, this may cause lack of system resources and your system may be locked.

You should choose one of AV software and use only it, and uninstall the existing if you want to install another AV.

Now, you should open the computer with an external boot (with erd commander like live OS cd ) technique end delete the folder of one of the AV software to gain your PC back.

I have a folder in my D: drive and i wanted to move it to my external harddiskso when i tried to move itafter few seconds it shows cyclic redundancy check

I hope your folder must be a partition not a folder. If so, it's not possible to move all the files with the drive name, but it's possible to copy/paste. Since it's a part of your system (virtually or physically) you'll get the message. There's also another condition, suppose if you had installed some programs or windows on the D drive, it's not possible to copy/paste all the files since they are being executed (if you install only third party or terminable programs after you "end" the running programs).
I would recommend you to copy folder by folder not the whole drive at once.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

My Psp still have it's contents but when i connect it to my PC and oepn it as a Removable Disk. There appears nothing. When i explore and go to TOOLS - Folder Options - Show all Hidden Files. There only...

Maybe the drive is partitioned into 2 or 3 partitions and only one is visible.
Try going into START -CONTROL PANEL - ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS - STORAGE and see what drives show up there. You may be able to assign a hidden drive a letter from there and it will be visible. NB Watch out though because changing the drive permanently may mean it wont work in the PSPwhen you put it back.

I put in a game and the psp system froze i cant turn of!!!

Try to remove the memory card. Reboot the PSP. Also make sure that you save the game files on the correct root folder in PSP.

If PSP will still not boot without the memory card. Bring PSP to Sony Service Center.

But if it boots up without memory card. Try to erase all data on memory card. Thre could be a virus or malware there causing the malfunction.

If it still fails, reset the whole thing and erase everything for a clean start.

Thank you.
