Try a hard reset first..Unplug the machine from power source, wait about 10 minutes, and try again..The other thing you can do is to check the water inlet valve and tubing for any kinks, etc..
If the issue still occurs, better call the point of sale or the manufacturer, as your machine is still under warranty. I wouldn't recommend opening it up to conduct any repairs as it will void the warranty.

The water in the machine is normal there is nearly always 1/2 a lit to a lit of water when a load is finished. Also if you dishwasher is out of warranty there Re a few things you can do one go buy a $20 voltmeter and unscrew the face plate and see if anything is lose mine hade a wire come lose and made the hole thing misbehave.
Hello Brian, welcome to FixYa. Based on your post I understand your dishwasher is a Kenmore and the clean light is flashing and it won't start, correct ? If so, this is usually an error code indicating there was a problem in the heating process the last cycle it ran, however if you could provide the complete model number I could speak specifically to whether it applies to your machine and potentially what to do about it. Thank you for choosing FixYa and I look forward to your reply. Regards, Macmarkus :)
I have the same machine (D3350) and almost the same problem.
Mine starts each cycle fine - pumps out - fills - rinses - pumps out tht first load and then does not fill again. If I manually fill with a bottle (about 2 litres) for each subsequent cycle then it washes as well as it ever did.
Seeing it fills once it cannot be the water supply, nor the solenoid that operate the water supply. So, my guess is the control panel.
Like you I would love to simply take advantage of the PC Upgradeable featurewshich seemed so attractive at the time of pruchase.
Try removing all dish trays and salt softner lid, check if the salt softner compartment is full of water, if so place the machine on its side and allow all the water to drain from the compartment, once this is done your machine should be good to go. This is how i resolved my problem. The salt softner is located next to the water drain filter.
It sound like you have a blocked or a malfunction pump.
Remove the pump from the machine and check whether you have a clogged inside the pump or in one of the pipes connected to it.
In case all is clean, you should replace the pump..
Good luck !
well I never heard of that brand so because you said a new flat Im guessing your form England. Good luck with the move. Ok I belive your problem is possibly the main control bord is bad.what you describe sounds like it. the only way to rest it it would be to replace the bord. doing that it should function normally.
Error message A01 means -Acqua stop operated due to a leak or overfill. Check if there is still water in the machine after it stop pumping. In case you still have water - your problem is with the pump or with a blockage drain line.
If there is no water in the machin, it might be a water level sensor issue - stuck physically in the high level position or become defective.
Try to reduced the water presure and leveled it up by the water entrance tap to the machine, it might solve your problem.
Goog luck !!
