Try a hard reset first..Unplug the machine from power source, wait about 10 minutes, and try again..

- Also try emptying the shredded contents first. It could be that the shred collector is full and obstructing the shredder. Also look for any object like staplers/paper clips, etc that may be blocking the shredder.

- It is also recommended to wait at least 30 minutes cool down time for every 60 minutes of operational time, or else the thermal overload protector device will switch off the motor.
Also make sure that you do not overload the feeder. Do not use more than 15 sheets at a time, to be on the safe side.

- Try pressing the blue button to reverse, separate the sheets and re-feed. If the shredder jams in reverse, tear off the sheets and press the green button.
Should none of these steps fix the issue, please call Rexel customer service at 0 1905 823300.

- BTW, did you get an email from Fixya stating that there was a response to your query? Just inquiring, because there is an issue with the Fixya email server at the moment..
If none of the solutions worked, it is most likely an issue with the motor/gears or the feeder wires to the motor. Hard to say without actually opening up the unit for inspection.
If your machine is still under warranty, I'd recommend calling the point of purchase. If not, you may have to contact Rexel customer Support at the number I provided earlier..

- Oh, and for the hard reset, dont simply switch off the machine. Physically disconnect it from the AC source for at least 10 minutes..
