Either the power supply is dead, the mother boad is dead or the power switch has been plugged onto the wrong jack on the motherboard.

Hello here is the homepage:

Any abnormal beeps at startup ???

The problem could be a ram module failing, or the graphic card if installed on the mainboard.
Or a short circuit somewhere.

Look also here:

Try starting with only 1 stick of Ram, the monitor and the keyboard connected, no other USBs to be connected.

Look also for bad caps on the mainboard:

If they look like this, the mainboard is dead.
It does not pay, to let them be changed.

Good luck

Try to download a manual and check the mainboard up
for any loose connections i mean the front panel wire
so the mainboard can start.
The power switch cable or ON/OFF must be placed correctly.
If no luck the board is dead.
The front panel connector look like this:

I replace my power supply for my E520 and its dose not turn on. It is a new replacement power supply for this model. I check alll the connections. It haas aa blinking amber light all time.

I would double check the connections to the main board. Some power supplies have two power connectors to the mother board, a 20 pin connector and a 4 pin connector. Sometimes the four pin connector is in a different location from the 20 pin on the board. Make sure both connectors a plugged in.

Make sure the connector for the power switch is plugged into the board. Dell's usually have all the wires for the front pane in one connector.

You should also unplug everything from the board except the power supply and front panel. There could be a hard device causing the board to hang up.

I have had power supplies die and short the main board. I hope that isn't the case here.

My MSI computer won't startup. It has an

It appears that you have only checked the power supply and the on/off button. There are many reasons a computer won't start.
These are only two. Have you "stripped down" the system? This means removing everything but the CPU, Memory, and video card. If it starts with only these things attached, then you can rule out the mainboard, memory, and video.
Next remove the memory. If it starts but you get memory error beeps, then it could be one of the memory modules.
After all that, you can then figure it's the mainboard or the CPU.
As for circuit diagram, I would think these would be very hard to find.

The screen is black. Lights come on but no startup and black screen.

Can be related to failure of the LCD display ,the power to the display or the failure of the mother board.
Since the indication confirms that the mainboard is not booting up and also there is no indication , this might requrie a closer look within the main board to confirm the status of the sections involved with a trace of voltage from the power supply to the fucntioning of the processor, the memory and drives.

My mainboard startup, ive check the power supply and ram and there's no problem

If your board starts up and there's no problem, then this is a good thing!
Feel free to re-post here if you have a problem though.
Specify what processor/video card/ram you are using (make, model, speed, etc) and someone will be able to help you.

Its settings in the bios. Press DEL or F2 at startup and look for something like drive configuration in there and set SATA to enable. Most boards have this turned off by default. Cheers from Scott

Difficult to boot. I must try 5-10 times or press the mainboard.

When rebooting or shutting down, hold the power button for at least five seconds.

This is a diagnostic beep code which is designed to tell you something is amiss with your system. The code patterns of short and long beeps are not fully standardized, so it depends on who manufactured the BIOS for your motherboard. Generally three long beeps indicates an issue with the base memory - the first 64K. Try putting your RAM sticks in one at a time and powering up the system. Make certain they are oriented correctly (note the notch) and firmly seated in the socket.
