My Printer will not work on my computer, it is installed and the printer device is in the contriol panel, but there is a yellow triangle with and exclamation mark in it??

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer driver software then connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Check printer properties to see the ink levels.
The yellow markings can be poor interface of the drivers. Use head cleaning before a test is taken . It is possible that the head is not reacting to the need of the command , can be an issue with ink drying , can
also be poor ink cartridge contacts

I down loaded a book to read on my pc and i cannot find it or open it

Go to My Documents folder, double click on it and look for Documents or the Download folder, it ma vary depending on your operating system. Give it a try and see if that works for you if not shoot me an email and Ill see what I can do for you. Sometimes there is also a temporary files folder, that may also be it.

Good luck.

Will a lex mark z 12 be compatible with window vista

I don't see why it wouldn't be. Try running the driver installs in windows 98 compatability mode. Right click on the file go to properties and find compatability

Printer

It seems that your problem is that you have not installed the drivers for your printer on your computer.

This is the link for your printer driver.

http://downloads.lexmark.com:80/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?os_used=Windows%20Vista&mode=OS&ccs=229:1:0:487:0:0

Your printer should start working after you install this.

You can go to the Lexmark driver download site here:

http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0

Just type X2350 into the "Search by Model" field. Then in the next window that pops up, select your operating system from the dropdown box, and the download should begin.

Have the CD to install my all in one lexmark X2350 but it states that it can not find the USB how do I fix. I am running windows XP

Hi,

Go to your "Device Manager" and determine if the USB port is installed. Chances are they are not or they may have a yellow/red mark indicating drivers are not installed (correctly. Alternately, on power up go to your BIOS/CMOS setup and verify that the USB has been enabled.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

I have the CD for the lexmark X2350 but it will not install on my computer. I am running windows XP If I can't load the drivers, etc from the CD where do I find the drivers?

You can let windows Hardware Installation Wizard attempt to pick up the printer and configure it (If running XP SP2 or later OS, this should work) and if connected to the internet? Go ahead and let Windows search online for the updated driver (you'll be prompted to make this selection by the Wizard).
You should remove the CD, shut down the computer, then plug in the printer and start Windows and it should pick it up (it may take a minute or two, so be patient) and just follow the prompts the installation Wizard will provide. Also if you have an already corrupted installation, you can uninstall the device in "Device Manager".
Let us know how it goes.
