When I try to istall windows2000, or Xp to my pc I get stop error telling me there is a problem with physical memory and the installation fail. I tred to install windows98 it worked but it failed to install sound and usb drivers. I tried to install linux(xandros) it worked without any problem. The problem occured when some one was trying to install some fake windowsXP software. I need your help please. Micky
First try to replace you memory module(s) (RAM) should you be using more than one ensure that they are both of the same frequency then when installing windows xp at the setup menu where it asks about partitions delete any present partition and formatt a new partition with the NTFS (do not use the quick formatt, use the more thorough formatt). thereafter you windows will be installed and you shouldnt have any further problems.
