Question about Everex StepNote VA4103M Notebook
When this happens usually all you have to do is re-installing Windows. If you have the recovery disk (or you have recovery partition), you can perform a system new installation using the recovery disk. Usually you need to restart the computer with disk inside.
If you do not have recovery disk you will need to get a windows setup disk.
In some less frequent case, when you have this problem, you may have a faulty hard disk, in disk case you should also replace the hard disk drive, which is not an expensive part.
If you need to recover your data, you can try to perform a partial recovery.
If you have important data and you don't want to risk losing your data you should go to a repair shop and have the job done in the proper way.
If you are in north London, UK you can give me a call, we do it for about £60.
