You can turn off the Mp4 for a while and re-install the system ,and then you can change if the port is fit the computer ,you can also used a transfer interface to connected the computer .

Quite often there is a fault with USB charging. Do two things to confirm its not totally broken. First try another USB charger. Second and better- charge from a power outlet at home.

You should go and give it from where you have bought it tell them that it has power shortage and let them check it...

You should connect the mambo-mano 4GB mp4 player to the PC and access the drive created by the computer.

But copy only movies that is compatible to mp4 player. example if your movie is ****.AVI you should convert it first to IPOD format (MP4) so that playable onto the mambo.

My son has just got ikasu mp4 4gb and also had problems.
but after much trial & error it works fine first i formated the
players memory then on video convertor tool i changed
screen rez to the bottom one in the drop box i think it 320*240
and the videos work fine and music you just open as an E drive
the drag and drop mp3s simple!
