WHY IS IT WHEN I INSTALL THE 3050DESKJET PRINTER TO MY PC IT SLOWS IT AWAY DOWN AND WHEN I UNINSTALL THIS ITEM EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL

Hi,
The most common causes of a slow PC is:
a)It has been infected with viruses and/or spyware
b)You have too many programs or apps installed on your PC which are running in the background and slowing the tasks you are busy with.

Install a good anti-virus program such as AVG free edition. You can download it for free from www.avg.com
Once downloaded run a full scan to detect viruses and spyware which may be slowing your PC down.
Also uninstall any programs which you are not using.

Hi there please try these.
Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.

there was a corrupted file in your windows registry or in windows system 32
the solution for that is to reformat your operating system
back up all your important files!

Havent heard of this before, didnt find any support buletins either, what you need to do is go in to the computer in safe mode, and uninstall the drivers, if you can get tem uninstalled then just run msconfig and disable the startup items that the samsung printer has, go back into windows in normal mode and uninstall the drivers. then go to samsungs website and get the lates drivers for the printer. If there was an issue the new drivers will have been updated to resolve the problem

or uninstall the software for the printer then unplug the printer shut the pc down then turn the pc back on plug the printer back up and when it says recognized printer install the software disk again...

Good, you do not want Norton installed on your PC. Norton is the biggest resource hog. It will try to monitor everything you do on your pc. It will slow the whole thing down. You will be better off going with ZoneAlarm. If you do get Norton installed, you will have a much harder time trying to get it uninstalled when It slows your pc down, trust me. I knw from experience.

Have you tried doing a total uninstall of the HP software, then going to the HP website and downloading and installing the PRINTER DRIVER ONLY, instead of the full software bundle.

Uninstall all instances of your printer (might be 2); 4.Shutdown; 5. Connect your printer and power up the printer and the PC; 6. Allow Windows to autodetect and auto-install. On the number of pager per minute printing, 36 ppm black, 27 ppm color are only possible in Fast Draft mode according to HP printer Data sheet. Hope this be of some help/idea.
