BenQ FP767 17" LCD Monitor Problem

I HAVE A BENQ FP767. WHEN I TURN IT ON I GET A GREEN LIGHT BUT IT TURNS ON AND OFF. I READ ON THE BOARDS TO TEST transistors 2SC5707 AND FUSE. HOW DO YOU TEST THEM AND WHAT ARE THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THEM SO I WOULD KNOW WHICH ONE IS GOOS OR BAD. THANK YOU

Benq T905 Monitor's green light turns on and then off

Check for blown MOSFET IRFU9024N and transistors C5707/5706, and fuse in the inverter circuits section. Also look for bad caps with bulging top/seal. See some pictures of failed Dell monitors (BenQ made alot of monitors for Dell), http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

Won't power up. Press power button, turns green then orange.

Good day sir/maam, Hi, If the LCD is under warranty, use it, they will replace the LCD monitor for free. If not, you may need spend for a Power supply board, to repair one.

There are two boards usually found on an LCD monitor, one main board that controls the LCD screen, back light, inverter, controls and sound. the second board is the power supply board, which accepts mains voltages 90v-240v AC and convert them to DC to power the entire monitor.
If however you may bring it to a repair shop or dealer, they will replace the power board, and there you go. the monitor is done.
