You should put the songs in the sound folder and be sure that the music format is supported by your phone.

Phone memory full

Solution 1: Set to save the files into SD card rather than into Phone memory. For example, set song folder and picture folder to a location on memory card. Refer to the phone manual for detailed steps.

Solution 2: use a computer and card reader to manually store songs into SD card. Then set the phone to folder into sd card to get the songs. Clear phone memory afterward.

Ks360 mobile phone 2g memory card not workin in phone.

You need to copy all your files from your memory card onto your pc, then format the memory card in the phone using them menu. Then copy all of your files back into the correct folders that the phone has created on your memory card.

I don't have a cord to get files to and from my phone.

I purchased my data cable for my A707 on ebay for .99c. It works great. You will have to go to the Samsung website and download the software for the Sync. Or you can purchase the flash drive look a like where you place your memory card in it and then you can put your songs on it. By memory card I do not mean your ATT sim card. Some people do not know the difference that it why I am stating that here.

Downloading Songs to my Memory Card

Simply USB your phone to your computer. Allow the computer to recognize the drive and card, and then click on open to view files. Double click on the card, then minimize. Then go to your music files, highlight the file you want, and under edit, do "copy to" and find the drive the card is on. It will put the music files in the correct folder automatically.

you either need a sync cord to the computer or a bluetooth on your computer. then you either move songs or bluetooth them to your phone. and also you might want to get a mirco sd card so you can fit more song (500-more on a 2g card). easiest way for songs is to rip from cd then send it to phone
