SKYPEVIDEO PROBLEM
To test if the WEBCam is functioning, check the USB cable; make sure it is connected properly. Then click on Start - All Program - your model WEBCam and see if you can get the WEBcam to capture your image/video. If this works then the fault is with the Skype video configuration. Sometimes the WEBcam settings drops off and the WEBcam need to be selected again. Open Skype - Tools - Options - Video Settings and select your model WEBCam.
Also check the Audio Settings for your model microphone THEN click on Save.
Avoid connecting the WEBcam to an USB hub, connect it to the USB port on your computer.
