check your sim pack for the PUK code enter this on the phone and your sim will be unblocked...but know you can only enter the PUK 10 times

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

if it says sim pin blocked you will need another sim card, go on ebay and get a 5.00 starter kit with IMEI for like 4.50

When the phone asks u 4 the code just take the battery out and keep it out for a few mins then put the battery back in and ur phone shouldnt ask 4 a subsidy code anymore.

by your friend mobile you call to customer care centre and get the sim pin number!
