Question about Akai Mpc1000 128mb Ram Expansion System

1 Answer

PROBLEM: When the unit is left idle and untouched it will freeze up. It will take anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours), Random buttons will work for a few seconds, then will stop working. TESTED all with same results: - without expansion RAM - without Compact Flash card - used different power source - used different power cable - reinstalled OS v2.1.1 - installed JJos - reformatted CF card all produced the same results.

Refrigerator freezer problem. Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refrigerator, model # 795.75546401, manufactured 9/2004 (LG is actual manufacturer). The Express Freeze LED turns on and 2 "beep"...

Press and hold FRZ TEMP button and REF TEMP button at the same time for 3 seconds.And see if that makes any difference in the problem. ---------- If the problem is same then try the manual reset procedure.In manual reset the unit has to be unplugged from power outlet for 24 hours.Then empty both the fridge and freezer section completely.Then after 24 hours.Clean the melted ice water from the inner parts.Then reconnect the power cord of the unit to power outlet.Set the temperature to normal settings.It will take near to 4 hours for your unit to run its regular cooling cycle.Once this is done then check,if the same problem is seen.-----------This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Need instructions for setting Globe outdoor timer photocell model one button on/off #16UL/PC-24222

Use the on/off button to cycle through in the following order:

F = off

0 = on

1-9 = Number of hours unit stays on after detecting 15 seconds of low light

R = Random. After detecting low lux for 15 seconds, unit will select random number of hours to stay on. Will repeat randomization cycle in 24 hrs

d = On from dusk til dawn

1.-9. = (number followed by period) On now and will shut off after the indicated number of hours elapses.

Neat little timer. Have fun with it.

Both Lights flashing and fridge not getting cold

I turned the fridge and freezer off using the circular dials, I then turned the unit off at the mains. Left it for a few minutes and then turned the power back on. I then turned the circular dials to "max" and then depressed the super cool and super freeze buttons to turn this facility on. This time they came on normally (not flashing) and no alarm sounded. The fridge and freezer then started to get cold. Once the unit had been running for several hours I then turned the dials to the 3/4 mark and depressed the super cool and super freeze buttons again to turn them off. Over night the fridge and the freezer appear to be working properly so I hope that my problem is solved. Maybe the unit just needed to "settle" before being switched on?

I forgot my security code and serial number is 351862015361114

The factory default security code is 12345. The default lock code is 1234. If you entered a wrong code three or more consecutive times, the phone may switch to a "sleep mode" and not accept any entries for the next 15 minutes. Please power the phone off, then back on, and let it sit idle or untouched for 15 minutes, then try again. If your security code still does not work, contact your service provider or submit your phone so it may be inspected for repair. Repair instructions and locations.

Monitor has shadows from left to right

Try changing the cable that connects the monitor to the computer, that might improve things slightly, but because you said that it works for the first 15 minutes I'm skeptical that the cable has anything to do with it.

The monitor is near the end of it's life. There's not much that can be done.

Freezer left open and now won't work

Try to unplug the unit from the wall and let it sit for a few minutes then plug back in. May reset the door alarm lock out. Also, moisture in the air can be drawn in and freeze up the whole thing. That means turning it off with doors open for about 36 hours... Moisture is a killer in a freezer, freezes and blocks up every air circulation vent, etc.
