I don't believe there are clocks made for bicycles. However bicycle computers show the time. They normally have several functions and you can set which ever you want to be shown. They can be bought at most bicycle shops or if you look them up in Google there's plenty of online shops selling them.

Any watch can be strapped to a bicycle handlebar by using a short section of foam pipe insulation around the bar. Probably 3/4 inch inside diameter would work, and should be available at any home improvement or hardware store for a couple dollars. If you want to get fancy you could get this watch mount: Bicycle Watch Mount from KOM Cycling Attach Watch to Bike Designed for...

How do I adjust the handlebars on a shogun trail breaker

The mount for the handle bars have a bolt to mount it and a bolt to adjust the wheel alignment on most bikes. The alignment bolt goes down through the vertical pipe to a wedge system that holds it to the desired height. Look carefully at the vertical pipe for the maximum extension markings.

Fit tourguide bag

Have the mounting clips/straps? If so, wrap them around handlebars, and top of forks. If not try duct tape, or throw it away and buy one with straps.

Twisted handle bars pulled cable out of the computer-how do i reattach?

Very few bicycle computers have detachable wiring. Most likely you will need to replace the mounting hardware for your computer. I could help more if I knew the brand and model of the computer.

You will have to go to a bicycle repair shop and ask for a handle bar stem extender. They come in various lengths.

The housing of my brakes on the handle bars is loose and keeps moving. how do i tighten it so that it stops moving when i apply pressure on it and/or squeeze the brake lever??

If the screw is all the way tight and still slipping ... try to find a fatter part of the handle bar to mount the grip to. You will probably will not find any such that is convenient for you to continue to use the brake ... remove the grip, wrap some electrical tape around the handle bar, reattach the grip. Tighten it and give it a try.

I hope this works for you

Need to adjust height of handlebar on a jeep sahara bicycle

Most bikes use an allen key to adjust the height of the handle bars. Typically 6mm. But be careful most bikes do not have much adjustment that can be done to the height of the handle bars. The handle bar stem will have a line on it of the "minimum insertion". That line must be below the top of the head set nut for safety reasons. Look for the line as you adjust the height.
