All buttons have stopped working

Hi, different possible places to check,
The flex,
keypad IC.

The flex of the phone.
The flex is connected to the screen and it makes the screen display,Also if the flex gets damaged it will make the key pad not to work.

The keypad IC is found inside the phone boardand it make the keypad the function. If IC gets damaged, might cause keypad noe to function.

It depend of the keypad your talking about, if it's the lower key pad or the upper keypad where the menu is.

If it's the upper keypad is damaged, that means the keypad area is faulty, and will need to be replaced.

Have a nice day.

Samsung SGH-t629 turns the screen white

Hi
The problem you are experiencing can either be virus or has to do wtih the flex of your phone. You need to first scan your phone for virus and if it is virus free then you need to open your phone with a phone screwdriver and check the flex if it is intact adjust the flex properly and couple back your phone. If it does not work after that then you would have to replace the flex of your phone.
BEST OF LUCK

Cant see nothing on the screen

you can take it to a mobile shop and have the either replace the flex cable that connects the lcd to the mainboard or visa versa...or have them replace the lcd.

one of those options will have the phone woking as new. :)
