I am looking for an instruction manual online so i can print it off for my 2000 stars and stripes americas cup citizens watch..can anyone tell me where i can find it?

I couldn't find find your model on their web site but if all else fails, you could go to "www.citizen-signature.com/#/support", where you will be able to request instructions.

Fill in requested details of your watch and click on GET SETTING
INSTRUCTIONS, then click on INTERACTIVE SETTING INSTRUCTIONS. There you
will find everything you need to set up your watch. You can download instructions on this site as well. Rate me, please.
pull stem out and push all other buttons a b c at same time to reboot next step advance hands min/hour/sec to 12:00 push in stem M and start your reset
