Question about GE Wireless Optical Mouse
I bougth the GE 98763 wire less mouse not long ago and it was working well. I stop using it, and now, the part that is attached to the port gets blue as usual, but the mouse itself does not turns on. I already changed batteries with no solution. Can you help?
Did you try putting in new batteries.
Normal 0 If the mouse doesn't have a little door to open on the bottom, then try this.
Just behind the Left and Right keys where your hand rests, apply firm pressure down on the cover and slide to the rear. Some mouse manufactures have used this type of access to replace the batteries.
Normal 0 If it’s a wireless GE mouse turn it on by pushing the button on the bottom and hold till the red light comes on. Assuming the computer is running, press the Blue light on the Receiver and press the button on the bottom of the mouse and it should start tracking on the monitor.
Hope this helps. Bud
