GE Easycam pro

I have the disk to download driver and software. I get the message "SetupApi has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." So far there is no solution, and nothing I've tried online has worked yet. Under the Control Panel the CD says 0 bytes free of 451 MB. This is the 2nd tower we've used for this computer and has not been set up with the camera before. Thanks for anything you can give me!
