SOURCE: THE EXLAMATION MARK AT THE TOP OF THE PRINTER IS FLASHING AND THERE IS A LINE GOING AROUND THE SCREEN ON THE DISPLAY PANEL, THE PRINTER WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANYTHING, THANKS

there is a flag switch located to the left hand side of the top cover that causes this issue
if you look at the left hand lip of the top cover, you should note that it does not meet flush with the top of the control panel, there is a cutout for the lever for the flag switch that appears to not move as smoothly as designed, my guess is a mismounted switched or a misaligned axle for the switch

you can actually access the switch lever itself when the top cover is open, just reach in and wiggle it until it depresses properly, you may have to do this (or at least check it) every time you open the top cover

I have an HP Premium C309g All-in-One Printer. When I turn the printer on, the screen goes blue with "C2FE0065" listed on the bottom. Then the screen goes blank and all the lights start flashing....

The printer has a working mode and a standby mode. It could be going into the standby mode. Pressing the power button once, or sending it a print job will usually take it out of standby mode.

Most HP All in Ones will give a problem message on the screen. Your printer may have a more involved problem and you should go to the (hp.com) printers support page at HP. When you get the support page for that printer, type the error code in the search box.

If you are plugging it into the RJ45 Network connector (without a network) you may need to use the printer setup settings to tell it what type of connection to use ( USB or Network).

If the printer is connected to your telephone line and you are using a DSL internet connection you need to put a DSL filter on the telephone line going to the printer. The printer may be picking up DSL internet signals. Again the printer setup utility will ask you what type of connection you are using.

Epson Stylus color 660 - all lights (red and green) are flashing. The printer is not responding to any command or button pressing other than switching on or off. There no visible obstructions in the paper...

Q: Why are all the lights on the printer flashing? A: When all the lights flash, your printer may have an internal error. Verify that all packing material has been removed. Instructions for removing the packing material will be found on a notice in the box. If the printer has not made any noises for more than five minutes, turn off the printer. Open the cover and check for any obstructions. Power on the printer to see if the error still occurs. If the unit still gives an error, please contact the Epson Connection for further assistance.

Flashing triangular light with the exclamation mark inside it.

Clear the printer queue on the computer (double-click the printer icon in the tray or in the Printers and Faxes folder and cancel all documents listed). Then power off the printer and disconnect the power - remove the paper from the paper tray until you have the printer memory cleared as to not waste paper.

Red exlamation mark flashing

Usually this either means a paper jam or an ink cartridge is empty. If it is not paper then check your ink it probably needs a new cartridge. Hope this helps.

Flashing lights.. when i turn power off it just does same thing

All lights flashing indicates a "fatal error" condition, so the printer just needs to be reset:

1. Turn the HP c3180 off.
2. Unplug the power cord.
3. Wait a minute, then plug the power cord
back in.
4. Turn the HP c3180 back on.

This should clear the system error and restore the printer to its "out-of-the-box" default settings.
