If your subscribtion to rapsody (or best buy, whatever they call it) digital music store ran out it will do that to any song you got from the store until you renew your subscription. Try putting a song on there that you own (you didn't download from rapsody) and it should play. I wouldn't bother renewing the subscription though, the store has a poor library (I couldnt' even find don't worry, be happy). Just download your songs from limewire
Well, mine was frozen, and wouldnt respond to anything i was doing. so it wouldnt turn off. I let it stay on all night, but in the morning i went to it, and it was dead, so i went and plugged it up to charge, once it got a little battery, I turned it on, and it worked perfectly fine. try thisss(:
the player is confused.. see you might have a lot of songs and with the bluetooth initialized the player cant do every thing at once so it freeze since it is so confused and when it freezes dont keep pressing buttons it gets more confuzed. it happened to me once and i just reset it and it worked. so try not to do every thing at once the player is not a computer.
ok well i have had the same problem.
the only answer that i have found so far, is to either let the battery just die, (because it will just die, and turn off, and you should be able to turn it back on) or, you can open up the battery, take it out, and put it back in. that worked for me.
another thing, is you COULD try to hook it up to the computer, but i am not sure that fixes it. but you can always try. hope i helped!
Well the songs you are trying to put on your mp3 player are probably too big. You can change your settings in Windows Media Player or (whatever program you use to sync the songs) to convert the songs to mp3 format and change the quality. I suggest changing it to 128 or lower quality. Hopes this helps you out.
