Question about Kenmore 62822 Electric Dryer
I have a kenmore dryer 11064602300. trying to replace the belt and i dont see an idler pulley and i dont know how the belt was previously routed. please help!! The belt broke in my kenmore 11062822101 electric dryer. I have taken the drum out and can't figure out how to route the new belt. There appears to be some type of spring which the belt ran on but it was lying on its side on the bottom of the dryer. I don't know where or how it is supposed to clip into the cabinet to run the belt on it.
Go to repairclinic.com. Click on the "Repair Help" heading on the left-hand side of the screen. On the next page is a "Dryer Belt Diagrams" heading on the left hand side. Your dryer belt diagram will be either "H" or "K" listed under the Whirlpool section. Your Kenmore is manufactured by Whirlpool. I hope this helps you. Please post back if you need further assistance.
