Usually it's electrolytic capacitors' problem inside the monitor. In case you can use soldering tools you can handle it. Open the monitor's case and locate near the power supply socket the capacitors like these
Replace ALL of them with new ones. The cost isn't too much and you can find them at any electronics components shop at your area.

Hi did you check for any loose connectivity?
Please check if the cables are firm and fixed. because there seems to be nothing wrong with the power supply. plss let me know if you need more help.
