Re: I don't have a problem just a question.
The lifetime of the phone is probably unimportant. That is, the phone will last many many years if you take care of it (like most electronic devices). What is important is how long will the battery last under normal circumstances before you need to replace it. I would say that with regular use, you should expect more than one year, to almost two years of use before the battery starts to not hold a charge and will require replacement.

hello there! the battery of your phone is not functioning well. meaning, you have to replace a new battery for your phone. tip: don't use the phone while charging. let it be fully charge. and not to overcharge it too. because using the phone while charging will reduce the life span of the battery. thank you for choosing fixya and kindly rate this post.

maybe your battery is too worn out and we know that the battery has life expectancies. try to have a new one, an original one to help you maximize the battery life. do not overcharge your battery for it may shorten the life span.
Sounds like the battery, plug this in your car, or home power adapter, If the problem still exists, I would say someone tried to hack it that did not know what they were doing. You can check you warranty at motorola.com unless you can send it back to the seller. Hopefully you can tell just how new it is when you check the warranty. Hope its under warranty and works out for you.
