turn up auto operation time (knob on side) not thickness knob to a time more acceptable to you (or it can be malfunctioning too) just by noting auto slice mode tells you it runs on a timer , as it auto advances product to make even thickness slices each time
You more than likely have a high temp sensor opening up the circuit when it reaches its limit. It would have to cool down to close again. Either that high temp sensor is bad or your heater is getting too hot.
If it starts but dies in short time you may have a failing coil. Check for spart when it shuts off. If you still have spark you probably need carb service to fix a sticky float.
Hello, This problem is going to be your safety valve coils...basically they get old and over time of heating then cooling develop a short when they heat up...It may appear the gas lights to start but then goes out until the safety valve coils cool back down. Here is a picture of the coils This The coils are mounted to the gas saefty valve, This should solve your problem. Hope this helps, Please feel free to comment again if you have any further questions or concerns. Good Luck! Mike
1. Does the generator stay running when you start it the first time?
2. What color is the housing on this generator? Try to get the model number and serial number.
If the genset is shutting down on the first try, then your probably not creating voltage. However, if this is an older unit then the genset may stay running although no voltage is created. Place a volt meter on the genset to check for output voltage.
On auto dry cycles, the cycle is controlled by moisture sensing bars located on either the rear or front bulkhead, ( visible inside dryer ) if the moisture sensor bars are shorted together (normally by wet clothing) the dryer will continue to run. If the dryer continues to run when the clothes are plenty dry, check and see if there is anything stuck between the sensor bars, (sometimes a metal sequin will cause this) or see if they are damaged. If not, you may have a problem with a timer contact, if the timer advances and stops moving at the same spot each time, I would suspect the timer. If this is an EvenHeat dryer, examine the control board located to the right of the timer in the control panel, for any burned components. Hope this helps.
