Could be your element itself. Check the continuity of it as well both thermostats, somewhere in that circuit you will find the problem, and then your answer.

Blowing cold air. Need to reset where. Or thermostat

Either the heater is bad or your thermostats are bad. Both can be checked with a multi meter on the ohms setting. Good Luck!

Fridgidaire dryer is just blowing cold air.

You either have a bad element, thermostat, thermal cut-off or a fuse.

My tumble dryer is blowing cold air only. I had a new thermostat put in between 1 and 2 years ago, so hoping it's not that and something else. Can you help me please?

Hi, If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heatingthe most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glowssometimes it is still not working properly. if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip.... If you have an electric dryer, you can have many differentthings that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat. check outthis electric no heat tip...

My dryer only blows cold air I replaced the

Yes it is quite possibly your thermostats, A kit can be purchased for the majority of all Whirlpool dryers and is around $30.00 part number is LA-1053. But it can vary based on your model. However the first place i would have technician check is the fuses or breakers inside your home as this can often cause the dryer to only run on 110v when 220v is need to run both the motor and the element.Hope this helps.

Thanks

My kenmore dryer is blowing out cold air

Make sure that both poles of your circuit are live - An electric dryer uses 220 volts to the heating element, but taps into only one pole (110 volt) for the motor that spins the drum. Check your circuit breaker to make sure that neither pole has tripped.

Will not heat, it only blow cold air, how do I change the heating element inside the unit

If the drum turns, it could be as simple as a blown fuse or breaker. The dryer has doule breaker or fuses at fuse panel. If the one blows, the heater will not work but motor willturn as motor rums on 110volts. It may be cut out thermostat or could be element, but check the power to the plug of dryer out let and make sure you getting 110 volts on from neutral to both sides and 220 between two live lines.

Hotpoint tdc62p changed thermostats as blowing out cold air,

Make sure that all filters are properly cleaned, and that the air inlet and outlet vents are clear. Make sure water container is empty.
The best way to clean the filter at the bottom is to run cold water through it, this will clear out all the lint.. Make sure you have the correct stats ( there are many for the hotpoint range) and that you have them in the correct position on the heater back plate.
Plz rate this solution.
thanks.
