Make sure that you have the right username and the right password. If you forgot your password you should be able to recover it through oovoo to be able to sign in.

SOURCE: I cant sign in oovoo it acts as if its gonna sign

As with all websites, there is a possibility that it is their fault. your best option, if it is on your side, is to clear your internet browsers cookies. This action is browser specific and would require you to search for how to do it yourself.

If your login still fails contact oovoo support

Everytime I try to sign in to my oovoo it always says fail to sign in

Sounds like you forgot your username or password. Try going here https://secure.oovoo.com/Signin.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fMyAccount.aspx and select the option "Forgot your password?" this should help you to reset it.

Everytime i try to create an oovoo account it always say operation failed please try again...why is that and what can i do

Just tell your system's firewall to permit ooVoo, and open a few ports to it (and NAT them through on your router), per:
http://support.oovoo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4244&task=knowledge&questionID=70
Though really, you should have IPv6 forwarding rather than PnP routing.

What, using the same phone browser each time, or are you using ooVoo's app for your Blackberry, or laptop, or something? Did you get far checking out the various things at http://www.oovoo.com/Help.aspx?pname=HelpMain ?

I cant sign in oovoo it acts as if its gonna sign in but then it says fail to sign in, can someone help

Might be a website problem. Wait a few minutes and see if it works, if not, sometimes your internet connection can cause issues with that.. Maybe try deleting all your cookies, cache, history, etc.

My oovoo is not letting me sign it, it is saying "failed to sign in." what do i do?

I recommend checking out the information available for this issue in the ooVoo Knowledge Base: http://support.oovoo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4244.
It sounds like a program you're running may be preventing ooVoo from fully accessing your Internet connection, so you'll want to make sure that you've granted the ooVoo program full access through any firewall that you're using. The KB link above includes helpful instructions for resolving this issue with a range of commonly used Internet Security programs.

How can i get my oovoo to sign me in?... my ID and password is correct but it still don't want to sign me in

Create a new account to see if it will allow you to sign in. If that does not work. Check the strength of your internet connection. If it is high strength and still no avail then go to the tech support on oovoo's page for other trouble shooting tips

Oovoo will not connect.

Normal 0 After signing in to ooVoo Click on FILE, then SETTINGS. Next Click on CAMERA and after TESTING it , go to MICROPHONE and select it then TEST it. Then go to SPEAKER select it and TEST it. Then Save and it should work.
Hope this helps. Bud
