Question about LG WM-1832C Front Load Washer
But when I close the door it shuts normally but the locked door light doesn't light and or it does not start its cycle. No error lights are on.
This may be due to heavy load , if there is heavy load then also the machine will not start but the lights will glow

If your washer doesn't seem to work at all, check these:
No power Check to see whether power is getting to the washing machine. Is it plugged in? Has a fuse blown or is a circuit breaker tripped?
Lid switch If the lid switch is defective, your washer can't spin and may not function at all. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
Some machines have a special lid-switch fuse near the lid switch, inside the control panel. If this fuse blows, the unit won't fill with water until you replace the fuse.

Well its either the door interlock or the pcb behind the control panel....
What sometimes happens is that the door lock will blow the the pcb obard if there is an electrical short and if so you will need to replace both..
however sometimes its just the door interlock..
if you need advice on how to get to it then let us know cheers

it may be the lock but this model is known for board faults, take of the top panel and remove the control panel and see if the board is burnt.there was a recall on some of these machines a while ago in australia not sure where you live

SOURCE: Door Lock LED flashing
The solution from testy helped me but I decided to change it.
I cut the plastic latch away from the end of the interlock, just the little bar that holds the door closed. This means that the lock position doesn't affect the door.
I then used the little piece of plastic to act as 2 packing pieces to hold the lock half closed. This works fine.
Don't push the lock fully closed or it doesn't work
