I have a motokrzr k1m i was in the middle of taking a photo and all of the sudden the phone locked up and the screen turned blue with the motorola sign and at the bottom of the screen it says "BOOTLOADER USB INIT". It will not let me turn off the phone or anything. I have taken the battery out and let it set for several minutes and when I put it back in it goes right back to the same thing. HELP please

if the phone says "bootloader" or any error like that on the main screen it means the software has been deleted. when a company makes a phone i.e. motorola or samsung or any other its a blank plastic shell. they then load software on it for each provider the phone is made for. when it says bootloader that means that its back to a blank shell. you can call motorola and they can try to reload it or call the cell phone company you purchased the phone with and process an exchange if its under warranty.
