Question about Canon PIXMA MP530 All-In-One InkJet Printer
As my printer is new I had just run out of ink. I followed the instructions for taking cartridge off of empty one and replacing on new. replaced them in printer. Now evertime I go to print I get a msg saying if I attempt to print when ink empty I could damage my printer. This msg only gives me a cancel button or tells me to press resume on my printer if I want to contine printing. I am frustrated by this is it something I have done wrong or is this a common problem when changing these chips??
These is the common problem when you buy new cartridges which have kept over long time in the shelf ..If these are new cart and original please contact the company and get it replaced as the new cart comes 6 months warranty.........................
