I'm having the same exact problem with my CP730. The paper size and ink cartridge are the same size. I've tried two new ink cartridges, same result. Frustrating and expensive.

Cannot install Selphy CP400 onto a Windows 7 (64 bit)machine.

download vista 64bit drivers (cp400x64mux.exe). Extract these using winzip or winrar or 7zip. Rightclick CNYCPINS.EXE, click Properties, click Compatibility tab, and select Vista SP2 mode. Connect printer, rightclick CNYCPINS.EXE and click 'run as administrator'. Printer is now installed, works fine on my Win7 Home Premium 64bit.

We recently installed Windows 7 onto our computer. My Canon Selphy CP760 Compact Photo Printer does now not work. What can I do about that? We previously had windows Vista.

Every time you install a new operating system, or reinstall one, you have to install the printer drivers. Printer drivers never come with the operating system files like hard drive drivers, video drivers, audio drivers, network drivers and stuff like that. OS manufacturers know that you are going to need that stuff no matter what, and for the most part, there are not that many manufacturers. But printers are different, you always have to install them. Here is the best printer driver I can find for your printer with Windows 7: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/selphy_compact_photo_series/selphy_cp760#DriversAndSoftware

Please note: This is a 32 bit driver (the link on the page) and Canon does not have a windows 7 - 64 bit driver yet. If you need a 64 bit driver, use the Vista 64 bit driver and install it in compatibility mode. Windows 7 compatibility mode is excellent...HP still does not have a Windows 7 driver for my printer, and I run mine off of a Vista driver and it works great. If you try to install it straight, it won't install, because most vista software is stricly Vista compatible. You have to open the folder, find the setup file that begins the install, and right click, and check compatibility options. You get a box that opens and you can check exactly what version of Vista with exactly what service pack...and be sure to check the little box that says install as administrator. If the install fails, and you can't find how to do this, do the install again...if the install fails I think it is 2 or 3 times...Windows will automatically pop up the box for you. Windows 7 is very intuitive....I LOVE IT!

Epson stylus photo r340 can't connect!

It shows on Epson's website that it supports Windows Vista 32-bit but it did not tell if it support SP2. It only means that it doesn't since you are encountering error on your computer.

Try to install it on another computer that is running Vista 32-bit SP1. If it works then it only means that the drivers are working but not compatible with Vista 32-bit SP2 yet.

Hope this helps. Thank you and goodluck on your troubleshooting.

Selphy 510 won't print from computer, print ok from camera ...

Did you download and install the proper Vista driver from Canon's website? If not, I would suggest that. If you have, then try opening the device manager and look for the printer. Reinstall the driver and just direct it to look in the proper folder for it.

DOWNLOAD INSTALLATION DISC FOR MULTIPASS C555

Unless you're installing the software on Mac OS9, or Windows 2000 or earlier, the original installation disc isn't going to do you any good. Drivers are available here for Windows XP and earlier and Mac OS9 (there are no drivers available for Mac OS X). Be sure and read all notes (when you click on a driver download link), and get the upgrades for Windows 2000 or Windows XP SP2 if you're installing on either of these systems. Good luck!
