Referenced Memory errors usually are caused by misplacement or a broken system registry structure. They usually include a error code that looks like this: "0x00c267f6" referenced memory could not be read.
This is also a critical sign of an unstable system that is usually caused by improper maintenance of the computer. Some how you accidentally corrupted your registry. This usually happens when you install a program and you have something running in the background. Whenever you install anything make sure nothing is running in the background like instant messengers, limewire, bittorrent or anything like that. It took me a long time to figure this out and how to fix this once its done. I have some really cool software that will fix this for you. Send me an E-mail And just remind me" I need the cool registry repair software" in the message area and I will attach the software to my reply in a .rar file. Send it to geokohler@gmail.com or if you have YaHoo instant messenger send me a message to geokohler007 and once we connect I can do a direct connect and send you the file right through the messenger system. I'm giving you help with all you problems to make up for being an azzwad when I first started here. I broke my neck in 2003 and all the **** the Doctors have me on make me cranky. I have mad cool stuff and technology I can teach you. I'll teach you anything you want to know how to do for free.

ou should keep in mind that many malware programs can show up on your system as seemingly legitimate files by using file names that are very similar to those of legitimate files. Whenever you are in doubt about a particular file, always scan your system for viruses.

Sounds like you have a bad memory module. Test them one by one to discover the faulty one.

Svchost.exe problem

Turn off your computer and remove the cover. Ground yourself first and make sure no power plugs are still connected. Find your memory cards and remove them from the motherboard. Then reinsert them. Connect everything back and start the computer. If the problem still persists. Then your operating system is corrupted and you might have to re-install windows. I hope this helps.

I think you have a bad memory chip or bad motherboard RAM bank.

You should do a RAM memory check. If you look in the EventViewer by going to Start | Run | and typing "eventvwr.msc". You may see events there that will indicate what and why.

Or, you can search for a Memory checker on the internet and use it to reboot and test your memory on bootup.
