Referenced Memory errors usually are caused by misplacement or a broken system registry structure. They usually include a error code that looks like this: "0x00c267f6" referenced memory could not be read.
This is also a critical sign of an unstable system that is usually caused by improper maintenance of the computer. Some how you accidentally corrupted your registry. This usually happens when you install a program and you have something running in the background. Whenever you install anything make sure nothing is running in the background like instant messengers, limewire, bittorrent or anything like that. It took me a long time to figure this out and how to fix this once its done. I have some really cool software that will fix this for you. Send me an E-mail And just remind me" I need the cool registry repair software" in the message area and I will attach the software to my reply in a .rar file. Send it to geokohler@gmail.com or if you have YaHoo instant messenger send me a message to geokohler007 and once we connect I can do a direct connect and send you the file right through the messenger system. I'm giving you help with all you problems to make up for being an azzwad when I first started here. I broke my neck in 2003 and all the **** the Doctors have me on make me cranky. I have mad cool stuff and technology I can teach you. I'll teach you anything you want to know how to do for free.

System recovery disk will not load vista on my Toshiba Satellite A215. I get following message the instruction @0x77d62613 referenced memory @0x00d2188a. DMI.EXE error: 03-EEEE-0000

Ohhh not good. and you may not have needed a reload. Try removing and replacing the RAM, if issue remains, try replacing RAM with "known good" ram. Ram does fail. If still no go, time for a bench diagnostic by a technician.

Breakpoint has been reached. Computer won't start up.

It could be a memory or HDD problem. Have you changed your ram and tried?

Keep getting this message when i turn on my laptop

This sounds like a Spyware / Malware infection to me

you need to download a spyware/malware scanner/removal tool, which should fix this.

IMHO i use "spybot search and destroy" available from http://www.safer-networking.org/index2.html
which has solved/protected me online for some time now

I hope this helps
